Vinyl G+ has many surface markings causing background noise Sleeve G+ has seam wear, no splits, and a crease down the middle

Recorded on March 2 & April 22, 1959. 
Labels are both side US Mono 6-Eye with Deep Groove, 'Made in U. S. A.' printed below. 

This cover is misprinted: 
• On front cover, we read 'Adderly' instead of 'Adderley' 
• Same mistake on back cover 
• Tracks B1 & B2 are reversed on back cover. B1 is supposed to read 'All Blues' but reads 'Flamenco Sketches'. Vice versa for B2
