Description

I'm a part-time record collector selling off a few items to fund some new purchases. While I only occasionally sell records on eBay, I buy records often so I know the Goldmine grading standards very well and I really try to avoid the bad habits of sellers that annoy buyers like me and many of you (careless grading, packing materials that don't protect the records, etc.).
For sale here I have a numbered copy of Mobile Fidelity's reissue of Kind of Blue, with #024675 stamped on the back. This is the 2021 repress, which I bought new and handled very carefully. I played it 2 or 3 times using my VMN40ML cartridge, and stored it inside an outer sleeve made for slim box sets, MoFi one-steps, etc. (I will include this outer sleeve when shipping). I am conservatively grading this VG+ because I can see some very light surface scuffs here and there, likely from taking the records in and out of the inner sleeves. However, these are all inaudible as best as I can tell and the vinyl has a great shine. The box and booklet also look great -- there may be one or two light marks or fingerprints, but I I think NM is a fair grade for the box and booklet.

I do not trust media mail or flimsy white mailers, so I will ship this via USPS Priority Mail using a thick record box with extra cardboard reinforcement and bubble wrap. I charge $7 for shipping, which means I am under-charging, but I would rather do that than have records like these damaged during shipping.
