Very first "Preview Copy" pressing on Prestige Records (see photos).  The vinyl is noticeably marked in places and does play back with some audible clicking but still sounds VG overall.
Cover grading (VG overall):
Front and back covers are still in very good condition, light creasing, scuffing No writing on cover or labels
Some fraying on bottom edge of cover
Some scuffing to spine

Vinyl grading (Visually G+ overall):
