Description

This is the original deep-groove pressing of Miles Davis “Miles Ahead” on the six-eye labels of Columbia CL 1041. The playing surface is as-new, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The frame cover is clean and bright throughout, with sharp corners and perfect seams; the disputed (by Miles) cover has the girl on the sail boat. Personnel includes the Gil Evans Orchestra.
