LABEL DESCRIPTION:  Yellow and black with black writing.  Has 203 South Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J. address on both sides. 

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER):  VG++ almost NM  Some extremely minor wear at lower right corner near opening.  Lower left corner has some very minor creasing. 

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD):   Both sides appear VG++ to NM.  There are a few extremely extremely light surface marks.  Aurally both sides have the occasional crackle or minor surface sound.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Has RVG stamped on both sides in dead wax.
