Grade & Description (cover): VG++ Superb cover except for a tear on the back cover visible in the photo below. If not for this flaw, it would be about as close to a mint cover as you'll find..
Grade & Description (record): VG++ Some light surface marks, nothing deep, but enough of them that I downgraded it from near mint. All in all nice and clean and likewise clean.
Additional Notes: Includes original Columbia ad sleeve. This is about as nice a copy of this record as you'll find that is not listed as near mint, both cover and condition are debateable.
