Description
This is the original deep groove RVG-etched “P”-pressing of “Milt Jackson” on the Lexington Ave. labels of Blue Note BLP 1509. The flat rim playing surface appears to be in near-new condition, with inaudible inner sleeve imprinting; however, Side 1 has a few ticks at the beginning and sporadic non-repetitive tics. The coated frame Lexington Ave. cover is in remarkable condition – bright and clean throughout; 2 ½” superficial wear at the top of the spine; the bottom seam has ¼” wear at the spine and slight wear at the opening. Personnel include Sahib Shihab, Thelonious Monk, Percy Heath, and Art Blakey. $150.00..
