Description

Milt Shaw and His Detroiters play "That's My Weakness Now" and "Poor People" on Vocalion 15697.  "Weakness" has a really hot arrangement, two excellent trombone solos -- that any of the big-name guys would be proud of -- and the leader's hot violin obbligato behind Al Shayne's vocal.  "Poor" has a hot alto sax solo and Scrappy Lambert sings.

This record looks to be in V condition generally, but mostly plays better.  The "Weakness" side has a small dig that ticks softly 3 or 4 times and passes without incident.  Both labels have a few tears and a bit of writing as shown.
I'm a longtime collector who is downsizing.  I know how to pack records.
