4 track EP out of San Diego from AndAndAnd. Apparently only 500 of these were pressed, with each one individually numbered. As mentioned in subtitle, this is stamped '274/500' on the backside of the die-cut 12 inch sleeve. Full audio clip included for "Pictures For Mother"
