I grade conservatively, as followed: M = Mint, Sealed, not opened! NM= Near Mint, Opened but Unplayed EX= Excellent, may show minor signs of wear due to age  VG= Very Good, show signs of wear, but no damage
All, yes, ALL of my records have not been played due to download mp3's. Yes, I literally have a museum for records, haha.
***So this is the last of my records. Truth be told, my pregnant wife and young daughter were rear-ended last week.  All of the proceeds that I raise will go directly to getting a new vehicle.  I love my records but I love my wife and kiddos more. So, my misfortune is your gain.  Blessings.
