Description
This is a very rare, SEALED copy of the 1st pressing of Minor Threat's "Out of Step" 12" EP from March 1983, with solid black back cover. (Dischord Records No. 10) In mint condition, this never-been-opened copy is from the personal collection of Jeff Nelson ( Minor Threat / Dischord ). The black sheep appears to have left some sort of faint skid mark on the cover. This mark is clearly from the printer - it is beneath the plastic shrink wrap, barely noticeable, and is in no way a physical scuff on the record cover (see photo). Also included is an original 11" x 11" "Out of Step" tour poster from 1983, signed on the back by drummer Jeff Nelson. The band slapped these posters on the back of some copies of the first version of "Out of Step" that they sold on tour, because they were so bummed out by the last-minute technical glitches that led to the all-black back cover.
