Description
This is a 7" vinyl 33 1/3 rpm flimsy of the very first Beatles Christmas record issued only to fan club members in December 1963 and entitled .... 'The Beatles' Christmas Record'.
This copy is without it's sleeve as some copies were sent out without them, this is because the Beatles' British Fan Club was completely unprepared for the thousands of new member applications it received towards the end of 1963.
It was forced to order a second pressing (without the sleeve) to meet demand. These were sent to members in February with an accompanying letter of apology.
In all about 30,000 copies were manufactured.
The flimsy record is in perfect condition with no scratches or blemishes.
