New old stock, unplayed (though the plastic overwrap is split on the one end, the record is mint and unplayed).  Peter Frampton  "Frampton Comes Alive" picture disc.  Limited Edition # 23812. My father and I carried albums in our surplus store in the 1970s and I have several different sealed albums I will be listing.  Absolutely minty!  Fabulous for your collection!
