Description

For a period of about 8 years in the late 60's and the early 70's , records were being pressed in Lebanon under licence from the parent record companies. This stopped when the local civil war broke out in 1975 and was never resumed. Only very few copies of each record were pressed. So, if you do find a record that is pressed in Lebanon, be sure that it is a very rare item.

Mireille Mathieu - Mireille A Byblos

This extremely rare LP was pressed in Lebanon by Societe Libanaise du Disque (S.L.D.) It was recorded live in concert in 1974 at Byblos in Lebanon. I don't know if this LP was released in other countries but it seems impossible to find anywhere else. The vinyl is in EX Minus condition. There is a light scratch at the end of side 1 but it doesn't affect play in any way (you don't hear any clicks). The cover of the LP is in VG+ condition. A must for any collector of rare Mireille records!
