Description
- Excellent copy of this very hard to find London (UK) pressing of “Mischa Elman Recital” (London LL-1631) accompanied by Joseph Seiger on piano.
- The program consists of: Passacaglia (Sammartini, Arr Nachez)/Ciaccona (Vitali, Arr. Charlier)/Sonata No 4 In D Major (Handel)/Air On The G String (Bach).
- I was very pleasantly surprised how well this LP plays. There are a few light scratches but they play through with very little notice and overall the LP plays with just some light occasional surface noise. The cover is also in excellent condition. The front is near mint. There is some light wear on the upper seam near the cover opening and a small tear on the back cover near the same area. None of this detracts from the graphics or excellent liner notes.
