This is a first pressing copy (run of 2000 in 1979) of the "Night of the Living Dead" 7" ep by the legendary horror punk band the Misfits. Released in the original sleeve, on the Plan 9 label, catalog number PL1011. Great 45, with what I think might be the Misfits best song, "Where Eagles Dare".

I got this when it was first released, and I've only played it a few times.

The vinyl is in great shape, VG to VG+; no scratches or scuffs, no dings, no skips, no extraneous noise. Plays great, with that wonderful low-fi sound the early Misfits singles are known for. I won't call it mint, since I have played it, but it looks and sounds as good as the day I bought it.The record labels show absolutely no wear whatsoever.

The sleeve does have some wear. I'll call it VG- to VG. There is a half inch split on the left side, and there is an inch and a half split of the right side. Also some minor creasing, and the lower right corner is very slightly dinged, and the record left it's impression on the sleeve as well, as is visible in the pictures provided. All in all though, I think it looks pretty good.

Also included is a Misfits Fiend Club insert that I got with the record, as seen in the picture provided. It is in great, near perfect, shape.

I do have a $4.50 handling fee to partially cover my costs for insurance and packaging supplies. I Package everything in heavy duty cardboard boxes, and add 4 sheets of foamboard to firther protect the record.

In the U.S., I ship via USPS Priority Mail, with insurance and signature confirmation. For international shipments, I prefer to use USPS Express Mail International, with insurance and delivery confirmation, but if you object to the cost for Express Mail, we may be able to work out a cheaper USPS method, as long as I can get signature confirmation and insurance.

International buyers, if you don't want me to declare the full value of the record, to avoid high import duties, I will only cover the amount you want me to declare for customs and insurance purposes.
