Description

This LP features the incredible talents of Little Roy Wiggins on the steel guitar, and is a true gem of 1950s country music. The record label, Starday Records, and release title, Mister Steel Guitar, speak to the quality of the music within. The vinyl itself is in excellent condition (EX) and has been well-preserved as a first edition, first pressing. You just don’t find original heavy vinyl steel guitar monos on starday that are true 1st pressings from the 50s, let alone in this kind of shape, and this has a CRISP original rare starday inner sleeve as well.


The cardboard sleeve is intact and the original cover is a wonderful addition for collectors of this era of music. The LP is a 33RPM and measures 12". While the sleeve grading is Good Plus (G+), the inlay condition is Excellent (EX). This LP is a must-have for fans of country, lap steel, rockabilly, and steel guitar music.
