In the unlikely instance that you are unsatisfied we are only able to give a refund on goods if they do not meet the description given on the item page during the auction or in any email communication regarding the item, the items have been damaged in the post (proof required) or we have packed the item badly or irresponsibly.

The buyer is responsible for any postage costs incurred on returned items and it is advisable to make sure they have adequate cover on the return journey. Items that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded.

Postal Insurance is optional for all items under £30 in value.

Items sold for more than £30 are automatically covered by Special Delivery - We are entitled to increase the postage quoted for larger items to be sent by Special if the bidding goes beyond our expectations when calculating postage on listing.

Auction Donkey invest in brand new postage and packing materials and always aim to ensure your item arrives safely. Our feedback is testament to our packing quality and whilts it may be a tad more expensive than other ebayers, you know you are getting value for money and the item will turn up undamaged and in as described condition. We will do our utmost to ensure we deliver goods within 7 working days, sometimes delays are inevitable and are almost always out of our control. We will notify you immediately if we hear of a delay associated with your auction items. We do reserve the right to re-cycle packaging if the item deems it.
You will need to fully inspect the goods on delivery and let us know within a maximum of 3 working days if the item does not meet your expectations. When signing for items, please check the items BEFORE you sign. If you sign and then discover that there is a problem, the return & insurance process will become long and complicated.

Sign as damaged or unchecked if you do not have time to do a thorough check of your items.
