Description
This is the original Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs Beatles Collection LP Box Set. It is complete to the best of my knowledge (I am not a dealer or collector). It contains all the original LPs, all the original 45s, PLUS the Geo-Disc for setting up your table and cartridge, PLUS the original included booklet. I am not the original purchaser, I bought this set here about 15 years ago, so I do not know the complete provenance.
I am not a pro re-seller so I am not familiar with the professional grading rules. These all look shiny, like new to me. I only played them once on a high end Project turntable with medium tracking moving coil cartridge. They played beautifully when I dubbed them after ultrasonic cleaning.
They were cleaned with Ultrasonic cleaner prior to playing. That cleaning is really great for LPs.
The box shows some deterioration as you can see in the included photos. Mostly some spots of the cardboard exterior where the white cardboard is showing through. I have kept this set shrink-wrapped in climate controlled storage since I dubbed them a few years ago.
We will never see this quality of reproduction of these LP recordings again. The sound is lovely, sweet, smooth and unforgettable!
Shipping to lower 48 only please. And no international. These can probably ship media mail which is very inexpensive but there may not be insurance available for that method.
I am adding $50 handling to add full insurance to the shipping.
Sorry due to the fragility of LPs with their ease of damage if not played competently on proper equipment, I cannot accept returns.
