UHQR Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab. Limited Edition #448 of 5000. Pressed at JVC, Yokohama Japan.
The clamshell case is a bit dusty with some scratches lower right - see pics. Inside the box is a paste down document holder (there's a smudge here, thumb print?) It contains the technical booklet and the signed certificate of authenticity. Then you've got a dual foam layer with the sleeve inside. The sleeve is VG+ there's a slight bend where someone's pulled it out of the box, and another light bend on the back panel. The disk itself is mint with some moderate dust. We did not attempt to clean this disk as it looks like it's un-played.
