Description
I specialize in lost, atmospheric, and hypnotic 45s. Grading is done conservatively, visually. Check unaltered sound clips. I currently have a number of cool popcorn, soul, mambo, rockabilly, garage, R&B, country, surf, boogaloo, blues, funk, psychedelic, Balearic, modern soul, sunshine pop, mod, weirdo wave, heavy/hard rock, exotica, gospel, and oddball instrumental 45 obscurities up for grabs. And, in addition to tons of great 45s from greater Texas and Louisiana, I've listed some cool and weird Xmas-related discs this week.
ARTIST: Pinnochio James
TITLE: Mama Don't Love Me No More / Everybody's Somebody's Fool
LABEL: Glad
CONDITION: VG+ (Gorgeous. Keeper copy.)
Hard, stylish mod blues jazz groove from 1960, the hippest of this excellent singer's handful of sides for Lionel Hampton's labels. Excellent disc, and a nice complement to the Anna Belle Caesar and Maury Wills 45s I've listed this week. That's Kenny Burrell on guitar.
