Description
This is the original, now out of print, 1999 LP release of Modest Mouse's "Building Something Out of Nothing."
It is in the great overall condition. The Record itself is "Like New" or "Near Mint." The insert and inner sleeve likewise. The outer sleeve suffers from mild wear and tear, but overall is in great shape with sharp corners, no record rings, etc. However, it does suffer from a few minor scratches at the back (see photo).
It is from my personal collection and has been carefully stored and rarely played since 1999.
