Description

A Newbury Comics exclusive color vinyl pressing.

Lead singer/guitarist Isaac Brock, longtime bassist Eric Judy, and drummer Jeremiah Green are joined in the line-up by ex-Smiths guitar god Johnny Marr, and newcomers Joe Plummer and Tom Peloso for this follow-up to the platinum-selling and Grammy-nominated Good News For People Who Love Bad News. We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank, the group's fifth full-length release, marked a new chapter in Modest Mouse's career with the new infusion of Johnny Marr and the extra percussion muscle brought by Plummer and Peloso. Produced by Good News helmer Dennis Herring.

Packaged in a gatefold sleeve with foil-stamp numbering.
