Description
On the auction block now is the 1979 hard rock classic from Molly Hatchet. The cover of the original featured artwork from famed artist Frank Frazetta. Here it is, as a picture disc! The first two Molly Hatchet picture discs seem to fetch the most money. The reason for that is the limited run they had. Picture discs' worth are based on the number of copies made. And because there was a VERY few of these made, their value tends to go up. The self-titled debut is the most valuable, and the most sought-after. The second LP is this one, called "Flirtin With Disaster", and is considered their best. Molly Hatchet was sometimes linked to Lynryd Skynrd, as both bands were from Florida, and even toured together.
This record has held up great for its age. NOT a reprint, or a bootleg! This is the ORIGINAL picture disc release. There are only light surface scratches, nothing bad at all. No deep gouges or heavy scuffs or scratches. The album comes with its original die-cut sleeve (which means a hole is cut in the sleeve, so you can see the picture disc). The back of the sleeve has liner notes and a band photo. The picture disc itself is double sided, with the same pic on both sides.
I ship worldwide, but wait until I send an invoice, so I can adjust the shipping rate, if you live overseas. If you live in the US, I can this to you in time for Christmas by using the buy it now feature. Email with any questions, and I'll get back to you. Thanks for looking, and good luck bidding! Season's greetings!!!!
