There is no text or logos printed anywhere on this sleeve. It was created to serve as a preliminary packaging test made by the designers. The inside foldout pages are blank. The design was ultimately used on the deluxe version of UNKLE's Psyence Fiction release. 


This was bought directly from Pablo Clements (The Psychonauts), stunning piece for a mo'wax collector, there were only a handful of these mock-ups made in Record and CD format .. this auction is for the 12" Record release.


Overall condition is excellent with just a few minor blemishes (see photos)
