A vinyl record featuring the unique collaboration between Takashi Murakami and JP THE WAVY is now available!

Murakami’s solo exhibition “Takashi Murakami: Mononoke Kyoto” at the Kyoto City Kyocera Museum of Art has drawn over 250,000 visitors in just three months. To commemorate the event, Murakami and popular rapper JP THE WAVY formed the unit MNNK Bro. to create the official theme song titled “Mononoke Kyoto.”

This 12" single record features the exhibition's theme song, performed during the museum's grand opening. The jacket artwork was created by Takashi Murakami himself, and the record includes a special pack of trading cards (3 cards randomly selected from 24 designs).

Cards are randomly drawn from the "108 Flowers" and "Mononoke Kyoto" series, with the ultra-rare "ghost" flower design—also popular in NFT form—appearing as a special insert.
