This is an Original pressing of an excellent, and very rare, Garage Punk 45 from 1967. THE TAMRONS on PYRAMID 7-7381 A Side: WILD-MAN
B Side: STOP, LOOK, LISTEN
The vinyl looks VG. There are scuffs/scratches on both sides - nothing deep or "feelable".
The vinyl sounds VG+. There are no clicks, pops or skips, but there is some occasional light background noise.
The label on the A side is NM-.
The label on the B side is VG. There is a name written in ink, a small sticker, and some general wear.
On Apr-02-12 at 06:04:28 PDT, seller added the following information:I am adding here a few additional notes on the condition of this record, since this record has been getting more interest than any record that I have ever put up for auction on ebay.
When I first listened to this record I thought it sounded a little bit "fuzzy". I did not know if this "fuzziness" was due to the scuffs, or if it was part of the recording. So I listened to about six or seven other recordings of this record online - both re-issues and originals (including several which were listed as NM or new), and they all had the same "fuzziness". I concluded that the "fuzzy" sound was part of the recording, and not a conditional issue. This left only the occasional background noise as a conditional concern. That is, of course, from a play grading perspective - the scuffs/scratches are still there as a visual aspect, but they do not affect the sound as much as I thought they might have. On the "Wild-Man" side the only back ground noise I could detect was during the quiet parts, which on this song only consists of the first few seconds during the intro, and the last few seconds during the trail-off. On the "Stop, Look, Listen" side there are more quite parts and somewhat more detectable background noise. Fortunately the background noise, though occasionally present, never comes close to the sound level of the music, and is usually rendered relatively insignificant by the music.
On a side note: The song "Wild-Man" is quite addictive. Whenever I played it, I always wanted to play it again "just one more time". After I sell this I will probably be compelled to buy a re-issue or a copy of Back From The Grave Volume 4.
