Description

From Illinois 1968 this is one of the rarest and most sought after garage-punk albums! Only seen on Ebay a couple of times since it was discovered in 2002. Recorded  in a college campus basement by five students. Around 100 copies (at most!!) were pressed and sold only to friends, family and college students.

The lp has a unique lo-fi sound - yes we're talking about a real garage basement masterpiece! All songs are original compositions and are truly great. Gordious haunting psych ballads and raw teen movers. Like a mix between the Bachs, the Tempos and the Summer Sounds, I'd say! Great songs from start to finish - all killers, no fillers.

Condition record - visual: VG(+) - some light thin scratches here and there but no deep ones, that you can actually feel. Nice and shiny vinyl.
Condition record - audible: The lp plays a bit hissy throughout but the quality of the vinyl isn't the best, you'll ever hear. Because of the custom label quality (or the lack of it) and the low register production, the hisses stands much more clearly. Nothing you can do about it. Even if you find a nicer looking copy it's still the same issue. BUT the album IS very listenable and sounds remarkably dynamic and stereo-wide despite of the bad-ass production.
