The record is VG+/VG ~ The record has a nice gleam with a few light markings on each side, most of which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever while some of the markings may cause slight surface noise to be audible during playback.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear with some light corner dings and some wear to the edges with a roughly 8" split to the top seam. (see photos)
