I tell you, if there is a better test for transient response on a hi-fi, I don't know what it is.
Here, direct-cut, Montoya's fingernails and lightning speed with guitar throw at a hi-fi system some of the very toughest stuff on record to reproduce. Only the very best dynamics will deliver the proper balance that here electrostatics and ribbons simply fly through, sounding as natural as can be.
