Description
For sale is the ultra rare 7" EP with picture sleeve, "Moondog and His Friends, Vol. 1" on the Epic label #EG-7015. The sleeve has great spines and corners and a nice main front picture, there is discoloration along the front edges and on the back. The vinyl shows some light scuffing on both sides with more early on side 2. The sound quality on side one is pretty nice, a little light static in the quietest sections and in the dead wax, but the majority of the music plays quite well. The early section on side 2 where the scuffing is heavier plays with a fair amount of static, and since it is in a really quiet section of the record, the static is pretty forward for about a minute but no skips. The noise gets less as you go and the last half of side 2 plays as nicely as side 1. Some flaws, but still a very listenable copy of a really hard to find rarity.
