The experience of buying records on Ebay is ruined if, when they arrive, you discover that they are either not in the condition stated or have been damaged in the post! For this reason I describe all my items in detail, and only post using strong sturdy packaging in a 'box' mailer with the record outside the sleeve to avoid seam-splitting. They are also from a non-smoking and pet-free home.

Morrissey - 17 Original Pressing UK 12" Singles: 1988 - 1995

The postage (particularly overseas, see details) represents good value compared to the extremely high price of buying them individually and paying the postal prices separately on each.

The condition in detail is as follows:

'Suedehead' (Cat: 12POP 1618): The vinyl is in near mint condition with barely any surface marks at all. The record is probably unplayed and comes in a black thick inner sleeve. The outer picture sleeve is also in near mint condition, having its terrific original glossy finish. The edges are sharp and there is only very minor corner wear in a few places and so signs of seam-splitting due to the record having been stored outside of its sleeve.

'Everyday Is Like Sunday' (Cat: 12POP 1619): The vinyl is in near mint condition, having been played very few times and having next to no surface marks. The record is as-issued in a plain black inner sleeve. The outer picture sleeve is also in near mint condition with just some very minor corner wear in a few places. The sleeve remains glossy and bears no marks or damage, and there is no seam-splitting with the record having been stored outside of its sleeve.

'The Last Of The Famous International Playboys' (Cat: 12POP 1620): The vinyl is in near mint condition, appearing to have been played only once or twice with little or no surface marks. The record was issued in a plain black inner sleeve. The outer picture sleeve is in strong excellent condition, with only some very light wear to the corners in a few places but no creases and no seam-splitting; the sleeve retains its glossy finish.

'Interesting Drug' (Cat: 12POP 1621): The vinyl is in near mint condition, being highly-glossy and appearing unplayed. It has its white inner sleeve as issued. The outer picture sleeve is in strong excellent condition, with sharp edges and only some minor wear along the top edge. There are no creases and there is no seam-splitting.

'Ouija Board, Ouija Board' (Cat: 12POP 1622): The vinyl is in near mint condition, being very glossy and having no surface or 'hairline' marks at all and apparently unplayed. This is as-issued in its black inner sleeve. The outer picture sleeve is in strong excellent condition, with only some barely-visible minor corner wear and no signs of seam-splitting.

'November Spawned A Monster' (Cat: 12POP 1623): The vinyl is in strong excellent condition, being very glossy and having been played a few times but very well looked-after. The was issued in a plain black inner sleeve. The outer picture sleeve is in strong excellent condition, with just some mild corner wear but no creases or seam-splitting at all.

'Piccadilly Palare' (Cat: 12POP 1624): The vinyl is in near mint condition, having been played only once or twice and having no visible surface marks. The record was issued in a plain white inner sleeve. The picture outer sleeve is in strong excellent condition, with just some mild corner and edge wear in a few places but otherwise no major signs of wear and just one mild crease; there is no seam-splitting at all.

'Our Frank' (Cat: 12POP 1625): The vinyl is in near mint condition, with no visible surface marks. The inner sleeve is plain black as issued. The outer picture sleeve is in strong excellent condition, with just some minor corner wear and small beginnings of creases in a few places but no seam-splitting anywhere.

'Sing Your Life' (Cat: 12POP 1626): The vinyl is in strong excellent condition, having seen very little play and having only minor superficial surface marks. The record was issued in a plain black inner sleeve. The outer picture sleeve is in excellent condition, with some minor corner and edge wear in a few places and very mild creases.

'Pregnant For The Last Time' (Cat: 12POP 1627): The vinyl is in strong excellent condition, showing only very light signs of having been played and being highly-glossy. The inner sleeve is plain black as issued. The outer picture sleeve is also in strong excellent condition, being completely flat and glossy and having just some minor creasing to one corner but no other significant signs of wear.

'My Love Life' (Cat: 12POP 1628): The vinyl is in near mint condition and looks to have been played very little. The vinyl was issued in a plain white inner sleeve. The picture outer sleeve is glossy and in near mint condition, with only some extremely minor corner wear in a few places but otherwise glossy and as-new.

'We Hate It When Our Friends Become Successful' (Cat: 12POP 1629): The vinyl is again in near mint condition with very few signs of having been played. The inner sleeve is plain white as issued. The outer picture sleeve is flat, glossy and in excellent condition with mild corner and edge wear in a few places and one region on the front where a price sticker has been removed which has tarnished the surface with some accompanying score marks present; there is no seam-splitting to the sleeve.

'You're The One For Me, Fatty' (Cat: 12POP 1630): The vinyl is in near mint condition, showing only minor signs of having been played. The vinyl was issued in a plain white inner sleeve. The picture outer sleeve is in strong excellent condition, with just some minor wear on the corners and one edge but the sleeve remains flat and glossy with no seam-splitting.

'Certain People I Know' (Cat: 12POP 1631): The vinyl is in strong excellent condition, being glossy and well looked after. There is just one visible surface mark on the vinyl only. The original picture inner sleeve is in excellent condition with one split in the bottom edge. The outer picture sleeve is in strong excellent condition, with only some minor corner wear in a few places and no signs of seam-splitting.

'The More You Ignore Me, The Closer I Get' (Cat: 12R6372): The vinyl is in near mint condition, showing no visible signs of having been played. The vinyl was issued in a plain white sleeve. The numbered (0070) outer picture sleeve is in strong excellent condition, with just some very minor wear to some of the corners in a few places; there is no seam-splitting or other damage. The terrifically-rare original poster is also present and is in near mint condition, with no real signs of wear being apparent.

'Hold On To Your Friends' (Cat: 12R6383): The vinyl is in near mint condition, being highly glossy and very likely unplayed. The inner sleeve is plain and white as issued. The numbered (01653) gatefold picture outer sleeve is in excellent condition with some minor edge-wear only to this impressive thick gatefold sleeve.

'Boxers' (Cat: 12R6400): The heavyweight vinyl is in near mint condition, showing no visible signs of having been played. The vinyl was issued in a plain white inner sleeve. The outer picture sleeve is in strong excellent condition, with just some very minor wear along some of the edges but no seam-splitting or creases.

The new owner is certain to be very happy with these essential Morrissey releases on now-increasingly-rare vinyl.
