Original Etched 12" vinyl Single 45 RPM single-sided 2-tracks 

Issued in a side opening gloss sleeve, with the original black poly-lined inner.
Spine without text. Includes a white sticker with the text "Special Etched Disc".

Purchased when first released - remains in overall mint and pristine condition. 
Perfect sleeve and black poly-lined inner sleeve. No wear or creases, remains pristine since day of purchase.
