For this reason I describe all my items in detail, and only post using strong sturdy packaging in a 'box' mailer with the record outside the sleeve to avoid seam-splitting. They are also from a non-smoking and pet-free home.

Morrissey - The Second Eight UK 12" Single Releases: 1991 - 1994

This auction is for the second eight of the original UK Morrissey 12" vinyl single releases, six of which were released on the 'HMV' record label and two on the 'Parlophone' label, from 'Sing Your Life', in 1991, to 'Hold On To Your Friends' in 1994. None of  these 12" singles have ever been re-issued, and so these are all original pressings which are becoming increasingly scarce with the  passing of time. Seemingly far less commonplace than original Smiths 12" singles, particularly in some cases more than others, it is  now getting extremely difficult to find examples which have been kept in superb condition, such as these are, that you would want  in your own collection; these 12" singles have all been very well looked-after indeed, with the majority of these records having been  stored outside of their sleeves in order to preserve the condition of the latter. All of these 12" singles are in their original picture  sleeves with their original inner sleeves, and is not an excuse to sell sub-standard condition 12"s by virtue of the fact that they are  sold as a collection. All of these 12" singles are in terrific collectable condition; all of the records being in near mint condition  and the sleeves being in at least strong excellent condition in every case (full details are given below). There is no writing on  any of the sleeves and there are no scratches on the vinyl. Don't miss this opportunity to get hold of such a collection before they  become ridiculously rare, with the cost of postage being much lower, particularly for overseas buyers, than buying and shipping these  individually or in small groups.   

The condition in detail is as follows:

'Sing Your Life' (Cat: 12POP 1626): The vinyl is in near mint condition, having been played very few times with only one or two of the lightest superficial 'hairline' surface marks on the vinyl. The original black inner sleeve is present and intact with no splitting or damage. The outer picture sleeve is also in near mint condition, having its original glossy finish and just some minor corner in a few places but otherwise no seam-splitting, creases or 'ring wear' at all due to the record having been stored outside the sleeve for much of its life. 

'Pregnant For The Last Time' (Cat: 12POP 1627): The vinyl is in near mint condition, appearing to be unplayed and having practically not even any 'hairline' superficial surface marks at all on the highly-glossy vinyl. The record is as-issued in its plain black inner sleeve, which is intact and undamaged. The outer picture sleeve is also in near mint condition with just the lightest of minor corner wear in one or two places but remaining otherwise glossy with no marks or damage; there is no seam-splitting, creasing or 'ring wear' due to the record having been stored outside of its sleeve.

'My Love Life' (Cat: 12POP 1628): The vinyl is in near mint condition, having been played a few times but extremely well looked-after; it has next-to-no 'hairline' surface marks on the extremely glossy vinyl. The record is as-issued in a plain white inner sleeve, which is intact and undamaged. The outer picture sleeve is also in near mint condition, with just some extremely light wear to the corners in a few places and one edge but no creases and no seam-splitting; the sleeve retains its glossy finish and has no signs of 'ring wear'.

'We Hate It When Our Friends Become Successful' (Cat: 12POP 1629): The vinyl is in near mint condition, being highly-glossy and appearing to have been played only once or twice with practically no 'hairline' surface marks on the vinyl at all. It has its original white inner sleeve, which is intact and undamaged as issued. The outer picture sleeve is also in near mint condition, with sharp edges and only some very minor wear in a few of the corners. There are no creases and there is no seam-splitting or 'ring wear' anywhere. 

'You're The One For Me, Fatty' (Cat: 12POP 1630): The vinyl is in near mint condition, being extremely glossy and having next-to-no superficial 'hairline' marks, appearing to have been played just once or twice. This is as-issued in its white inner sleeve, which is undamaged and intact. The outer picture sleeve is in at least strong excellent condition, with just one small beginning of a corner crease and very light corner wear in a few places. There is no seam-splitting and the sleeve retains its original glossy 'sheen'. 

'Certain People I Know' (Cat: 12POP 1631): The vinyl is in near mint condition, appearing to have been played just once or twice with practically no 'hairline' surface marks at all on the highly-glossy vinyl. The terrific original picture inner sleeve is present and intact with no damage, despite being manufactured from relatively thin glossy paper. The outer picture sleeve is also in near mint condition, with just the lightest of 'corner wear' in one or two places, but no creases, seam-splitting or 'ring wear' anywhere to spoil the appearance at all of the impressive glossy sleeve. 

'The More You Ignore Me, The Closer I Get' (Cat: 12R6372): The vinyl is in near mint condition, appearing to be unplayed with next-to-no 'hairline' marks at all on the extremely glossy vinyl. The record was issued in a plain white inner sleeve, which is present with no damage. The numbered (11259) outer picture sleeve is also in near mint condition, with just some very minor wear to some of the corners in a few places and one edge; there is no seam-splitting or other damage and the sleeve retains its original 'sheen'. The rare original accompanying poster is also present and in near mint condition, with no significant signs of wear being apparent. 

'Hold On To Your Friends' (Cat: 12R6383): The vinyl is in near mint condition, with practically no visible 'hairline' surface marks at all on the highly-glossy vinyl which appears unplayed. The inner sleeve is plain white as issued with no damage. The numbered (05322) gatefold picture outer sleeve is in strong excellent condition with just some mild edge-wear and minor corner wear to this impressive thick gatefold sleeve; there is no seam-splitting and no creasing anywhere.

The new owner is certain to be very happy with these Morrissey solo career releases on now-increasingly-rare original vinyl pressings.
