The Livesay's Chapel Quartet hail from Morristown, Tennessee. All of the group :-'5re active members of Livesay's Chapel Church. They began their singing career in September 1975 and have become widely known in these parts through their humble singing and their willingness to do God's work. The group is composed of: Ricky Livesay, lead and guitar; his father, Howard Livesay, second tenor; his mother, Mary Livesay, first tfenor; Mr. Livesay's sister, Martha Dawson, alto: and her husband, Fred Dawson, bass. The ambition of the group is to help people spiritually and to bless souls. If one soul is saved through listening to the songs on this album, they feel it would be a greater gain than wealth or fame.
