Description
For sale is Silver Apples Of The Moon for Electronic Music Synthesizer by Morton Subotnick, originally released in 1967 by Nonesuch Records. This is the original first U.S. pressing. I bought this new and immediately put this album, like all my records, in a protective inner sleeve. Doing this leaves the inner sleeve(s) or insert(s) in Near Mint shape. There is no original inner sleeve with this listing. The cover is Excellent with some ring wear and edge rubs. The spine has a few stress cracks and color loss on the corner. The vinyl is Near Mint. It's been played on only Audiophile equipment over the years and still has a lot of life yet. This is the best copy of this album that I have seen or heard. You would be hard pressed to find a copy of this record in any condition, being that it has become obscure and very rare. I have a lot more Electronica albums, as well as records of all genres in my Ebay store. Please take a look! They are all Near Mint! I've been collecting records for about 50 years now and have always cleaned them and put them away carefully in plastic inner sleeves. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative.
