Sleeve and Vinyl are in Very Good Plus bordering on excellent condition!
This is such a cool album and Mose has such a laidback piano and vocal style that you can't help but be swept away by him. But, I'm selling a lot of my vinyl and CD collection, because the kids are getting bigger and the house is getting smaller! Basically, it was either the kids or the records, sadly the coin came down tails...

 ONLINE REVIEW:
Local Color was Mose Allison's second of six Prestige recordings. Allison performs eight instrumentals in a trio with bassist Addison Farmer and drummer Nick Stabulas, displaying his unusual mixture of country blues and bebop, and even taking an effective trumpet solo on "Trouble in Mind." However, it is his vocals on "Lost Mind," and particularly the classic "Parchman Farm," that stand-out and linger most in the memory. A very seductive sound and a fine album.
