Mother Tuckers Yellow Duck – Starting A New Day Superb Pop psych vinyl 1970 Label: Capitol Records – ST 6352, Capitol Records – ST-6352 Format: Vinyl, LP, Album, Stereo Country: Canada Released: May 1970 Genre: Rock Style: Psychedelic Rock, Prog Rock
Fantastic 2nd album was only released in the relatively speaking small market and is thus that much harder to find.
Condition: the vinyl is near mint on side 1 and EX (excellent) on side 2 with three ultra light scuff marks with. One track - second track on side 2 which is a spoken word track with soft instrumental accompaniment, has a bit of very soft surface noise in its first half - very soft 1 or 2 out of 10 for loudness where 10 out of 10 would have been as loud as the music. In another track - track 2 on side 1 has about 60 seconds or so of the same. Other than that there are about a handful of soft clicks and examples of momentary very soft surface noise that last for 2 or 3 seconds. Nothing super significant in any of this;
The cover is VG+ with a bit of ring wear as in the photo and a few short crease marks at the peripheries. Factory delete punch hole in the bottom left. No seam splitting
