The Mothers Of Invention - Freak Out

(Verve 2683 004 UK Double LP 1966)

 

This is a UK original Double LP pressing. Originally released as a double LP in the UK in 1971. The 1st UK pressing was only released as a single LP. It has a matt gatefold sleeve, & comes with its original polythene-lined company inner sleeves. 

The records have 1st press A-1/ B-1/ A-1/ B-1 matrix stampers. A classic Garage/ Psych LP. 

 

Gatefold Sleeve: There is some moderate rubbing wear to some of the edges. Some light ringwear too. There is a very small sticker tear on the front. VG condition.

Vinyl 1: There are some mild to more moderate sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. VG condition. The labels are very nice and clean & show very mild spindle wear. Plays Near Excellently overall & Excellent in some places. There is some light crackle in some quieter places. 

Vinyl 2: There are some mild to more moderate sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. VG condition. The labels are very nice and clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays Near Excellently overall & Excellent in some places. There is some light crackle in some quieter places.

 

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.50 to £7.75 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.25 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £30. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
