Original vinyl LP on Verve Records
Catalog: V6 5045 - blue label
Vinyl: GOOD+ (play tested, hairline scratches and scuff marks, surface noise audible between tracks and during quiet passages throughout much of the record, still an acceptable copy)
Sleeve: VG (ring wear, small stain in the corner, 4" split at the top of the sleeve opening, shipped with a poly bag)

My grading scale is strict Goldmine standard: M>NM>EX>VG+>VG>G+>G
