Description

Mothers of Invention frank zappa We're Only In It For The Money lp gatefold '67 original vinyl "REV F" matrix etch! with insert! This album was released in 1967 on Verve Records; V6-5045x stereo.  The vinyl LP is vg+ to ex! on the silver on blue Verve label.  The gatefold cover, which parodies Sgt. Peppers, is vg+ shape with some corner, edge and ring wear and rubs and seam wear, some tears and cuts and top edge, four inch begin of split at top edge, see pics. with printed inner sleeve (not relevant to release), PLUS with orig color printed "sgt pepper satire" insert! embossed X to lower left front cover. See photos for song titles. RARE!

this is the "Rev F" matrix uncensored version.

UNcensored versions of: 'Lets Make the Water Turn Black', 'Who Needs the Peace Corps?' and 'Absolutely Free' (includes "apron and her pad" and "kick the sh#t out of me" and "balling" and "suck") this is usually called the UNcensored version because the three songs above are not censored; however it is missing "don't come" and "sh#tty little person" and the Gary Kellgren Velvet Underground quote (only available on Canadian version?)
note: this is the "Rev F" etch pressing STEREO 1967 original un-remixed (un-censored) tracks...very hard to find and sought after!

Vinyl grading is usually based on the Goldmine standard and is as follows:

“SS” Still Sealed – For the collector that demands nothing but perfection.

“M” Mint - a near perfect, or unplayed record.

“NM” Near Mint - in factory fresh condition, like new.

EX+ - close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play. Will satisfy all but the most vain and demanding collector.

EX - a used, reasonable copy. Shows slight signs of wear.

VG+ - There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility a few skuffs and/or light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.

VG - significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise, still plays great.

Good - In the record world, "Good" is not good! From here on down, we're talking about beat-up records!
