Album Description: The sticker on the front cover reads "Pressed On High Quality Audiophile Vinyl". On the back cover is a "Direct Metal Mastering DMM" sticker. This is a promotional vinyl release with a gold "For Promotion Only" stamp on the back cover. The record labels are Elektra Records "Promotion Copy" white promo labels. The vinyl record is in glossy clean mint condition, no spindle marks, and in the original inner lyrics sleeve with a full-size color photo of the Crue dudes lounging in a strip club complete with strippers on stage behind them. On the front cover the Crue are posing with Harley-Davidson Motorcycles and on the back cover they are relieving themselves in the alley behind the strip club. The cover is in excellent condition, does have a small cut-out notch near top left corner. The pictures in this listing are of the actual record album you will receive. Despite plummeting to the depths of hard-drug abuse and alcoholism, Motley Crue scored another mega-hit album with 1987's GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS. With singer Vince Neil's vehicular manslaughter trial behind him, the Crue was able to concentrate solely on the music. The videos for the album's first two rocking cuts, "Wild Side" and the title track, were aired constantly on MTV throughout the summer of '87. A disturbing third clip was made for the ballad "You're All I Need" but was subsequently banned by the network. GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS also features a tribute to Sixx's late grandmother "Nona," and a live cover of Elvis Presley's "Jailhouse Rock," and such anti-drug messages as "Dancing on Glass" and "Five Years Dead"-ironic in light of the Crue's known active-user status.
