This is an amazing find! From the legendary 1st LP sessions this is the original 2-Track mixdown master of Looks That Kill on 10" reel to reel (Ampex Grand Master 456). Markings on box are as follows: Artist: Motley Crue Client: Elektra Producer: Tom Werman Noise Red: No Tones: 1K, 12.5K, 63HZ Title: Looks That Kill (Tails out) Recording Studio - Cherokee Recording Studios 751 N. Fairfax Los Angeles, CA. 90046 653-3412 Condition of tape is excellent with no visible signs of degradation at all, has been stored properly and in fact I have never even played it! There could be additional material on the tape or alternate versions I just don't know...but that's sort of the fun about buying stuff like this! Motley Crue has ascended the highest of highs that a band can achieve in the modern age of rock and roll. Now, a reformed Crue is blazing new trails and remains a force to be reckoned with. Now is your only chance to own a piece of the bands history that goes back to their earliest days and in fact happens to be one of the tracks that brought them National attention in the first place. This is it, the genuine article as they say...a real piece of Motley Crue history preserved for posterity and ready to go home with you.
