Description

MOTT THE HOOPLE: MAD SHADOWS

I will try my best to describe this record as honestly as possible. Photographs are included to help you assess condition and value. I accept that sometime issues like "sound quality" can be subjective so I offer a no quibble return policy if your purchase does not meet your expectations.
Overview: Original UK 197O 1st UK pressing on the Island label. Gatefold sleeve is EX and vinyl (at least) EX+. Play tests EX+.  ISLAND :  ILPS-9119  Stereo
1970

  • Matrix side 1: ILPS 9119 A-2U
  • Matrix side 2: ILPS 9119 B-2U
  •
Sleeve: The non laminated gate-fold sleeve has a barely noticeable edge wear and the slightest of ring wear to the back. A conservative EX.
Labels: Near mint, the album clearly has hardly been played.
Vinyl: Visually Nr mint, no noticeable defects even under strong light. Audibly Ex+, it sounds barely played.
Inner sleeve: A white patents pending that may or may not be original
The record will be posted out in a professional cruciform mailer (pizza box style) with high quality rigid corrugated card stiffeners, I will take every precaution to safeguard your purchase. The disc will be removed from the outer sleeve prior to shipping. If the inner sleeve is original, I will put the disc in a generic sleeve to avoid damage to the original. The album will also be housed in a PVC protective sleeve.
I don't spend all day hooked up to my computer but will guarantee to answer any questions within 24 hours.
I unconditionally guarantee anything I sell, so buy with confidence.
IMPORTANT: Overseas mail is via Ebay GSP, please check their rates for your country. Please note that overseas buyers cannot combine purchases under Ebays Global Shipping Program. For further information check:
