Mozart Horn Civil Klemperer UK Columbia SAX 2406
Alan Civil with the Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by Otto Klemperer perform the four “Horn Concertos” of Mozart. An English stereo pressing on the Columbia Label (SAX 2406), the labels are blue/green with silver border and “radio waves”. The record has a few minor surface scuffs and is of otherwise excellent appearance and plays and sounds superb with occasional surface noise. The cover has rubbed with creases in the laminate and the back is grubby with a crease (slight water damage?) to the bottom left-hand corner.
