I'm a not a grader of records, so I won't give them a grade, but I can give you a NON expert opinion of the condition.

NON - expert opinion:

Outer Box - good / fair condition with no rips or tears. Minor storage wear around the edges cellotape on spine edge.

Vinyls - In good clean condition with no visible marks from what I can see. - SEE PHOTOS

Inner Sleeves - Good condition with no rips or tears - SEE PHOTOS
