Mozart Piano Sonatas Backhaus 10 & 12 Aust Decca SXLA 6301
Wilhelm Backhaus plays the Mozart “Piano Sonatas” No’s 4, 5, 10, and 12. An Australian stereo pressing on the Decca Label (SXLA 6301 stampers 2W/4W), the labels are orange with a fatband and original recording by at 10 o’clock and there is a small Sample Record sticker. The record is of excellent appearance, and plays and sounds superb with some surface noise. The English cover’s laminate has a small crease and a release date stamp and date in pen on the back.
