tragic Quartet No 15 (erroneously listed as No. 2 on the labels).
Repeats are cut but performance catches the high drama of this
masterpiece. Stylish playing from this legendary quartet made
shortly before they disbanded in 1928. Mint condition.
From the private collection of R. Peter Munves, who was in the record business as well as an avid collector for over 50 years and has decided to part with his beloved collection. All albums are from the late 20’s to early 40’s, and many are original, 1st editions containing pristine pressings from the golden age of 78’s.
