Record is VG+ ~ Vinyl has an excellent gleam with no visible markings, appears to be hardly played if played at all! Looks magnificent 
Sleeve is VG ~ The sleeve has very minimal wear, the bottom seam has come nearly entirely unglued and the top seam has come unglued from the right corner about 2" in. (see photos)
