This definitive version of these works is highly sought by both classical collectors and audiophiles. The original first edition (835103 AY) is very rare and often sells for over $1000. This is the first re-issue pressed in the same plant and using the same engineers as the first edition. This is determined by the label on the record itself which says 835103 LY and is different from the original label. Other versions of this disc on eBay are later generation copies, some digital copies.
The record is near mint. I played it and only heard occasional soft pops and ticks. Most might disappear with a better cleaning. The sleeve shows some stains and light wear but is in overall very good condition.
